BirdIQ ("the App", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
1. Information we collect
BirdIQ is designed to work entirely on your device. The information you enter — such as your bird profiles, ages, training schedules, and app settings — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store this information on our servers, and the App has no user accounts or logins in this version.
2. Analytics and tracking
We do not use third‑party analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. The App does not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not build an advertising profile about you.
3. Device permissions
This version of BirdIQ does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. If a future version adds a feature that needs a permission (for example, recording a custom sound), the App will ask for your consent first, and this policy will be updated.
4. Purchases
BirdIQ is currently free and contains no in‑app purchases or subscriptions, so we do not process any payment information. If paid features are added in a future version, purchases would be handled entirely by the Apple App Store (or Google Play) under their own privacy policies, and we would never receive or store your card or billing details.
5. Children
BirdIQ is a general‑audience app about pet‑bird care. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.
6. Your data and deletion
Because your data lives on your device, you are in control of it. You can remove it at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves (for example, if we later add cloud sync or an AI assistant that processes data online). Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
صُمّم تطبيق BirdIQ للعمل بالكامل على جهازك. المعلومات التي تُدخلها — مثل ملفات طيورك وأعمارها وجداول التدريب وإعدادات التطبيق — تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازك فقط. نحن لا نجمع هذه المعلومات أو نرسلها أو نبيعها أو نخزّنها على خوادمنا، ولا يحتوي هذا الإصدار من التطبيق على حسابات أو تسجيل دخول.
٢. التحليلات والتتبّع
نحن لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع تابعة لأطراف خارجية. لا يتتبّعك التطبيق عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا نُنشئ ملفًا إعلانيًا عنك.
٣. أذونات الجهاز
لا يصل هذا الإصدار من BirdIQ إلى الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الموقع الجغرافي. وإذا أضاف إصدار مستقبلي ميزة تتطلّب إذنًا (مثل تسجيل صوت مخصّص)، فسيطلب التطبيق موافقتك أولًا، وسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة.
٤. المشتريات
تطبيق BirdIQ مجاني حاليًا ولا يحتوي على مشتريات أو اشتراكات داخل التطبيق، لذلك لا نعالج أي بيانات دفع. وإذا أُضيفت ميزات مدفوعة مستقبلًا، فستتم إدارة الشراء بالكامل عبر متجر Apple App Store (أو Google Play) وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهما، ولن نتلقّى أو نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك أو الفوترة إطلاقًا.
٥. الأطفال
BirdIQ تطبيق موجَّه للجمهور العام يهتم برعاية الطيور الأليفة. وهو غير موجَّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية من أي شخص.
٦. بياناتك وحذفها
بما أنّ بياناتك موجودة على جهازك، فأنت من يتحكّم بها. يمكنك حذفها في أي وقت عبر مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات جهازك أو بإزالة التطبيق.
٧. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطوّر التطبيق (مثلًا إذا أضفنا لاحقًا مزامنة سحابية أو مساعدًا ذكيًا يعالج البيانات عبر الإنترنت). وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية هنا مع تاريخ "آخر تحديث" جديد.
